We had a fantastic time with friends! The location is ideal, just a short stroll to the beach and vibrant boardwalk. Breakfasts were a highlight. Matt whipped up a variety of delicious options each morning. we loved hiring the electric bikes to explore nearby spots like Yarmouth Ferry and Colwell Bay. Highly recommend for groups!

The only downside was the occasional plumbing noise, which was a bit disruptive at times.

Rockstone Cottage was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious and immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Each breakfast featured delightful options, with my favorite being the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Matt cooked everything to perfection every morning. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Colwell Bay, which we frequented. Denise even offered us hot milk when we couldn’t find a coffee shop open. That personal touch made all the difference. One minor downside was the separate taps for hot and cold water in the bathroom, which felt a bit outdated. the hosts were accommodating and very welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere. I had an enjoyable stay and would come back for sure!

Rockstone Cottage is a gem! The classic fried fish at Captain's Cabin was a standout, and the smoked salmon at breakfast was to die for. Denise and Matt were amazing hosts—every detail of our stay was spot on and absolutely delightful.

Honestly, it was perfect! But a little sunshine would’ve made it idyllic, even though our stay already felt like a proper holiday.
